We provide high-quality real estate media, including professional photography, drone services, video walkthroughs, floor plans, virtual tours, marketing kits, social reels, and agent headshots. Whether you're listing a home or branding your business, we’re here to help you stand out. All Angles REM is fully licensed and insured for all services.
What’s the best way to schedule a job?
Booking through our online store is the most reliable way to get on our schedule. It alerts multiple team members, so nothing gets missed. Texting or emailing one person can lead to delays, especially on busy shoot days.
How fast do you deliver media?
We guarantee delivery by the end of the next business day — usually within 24 hours. Same-day delivery may be available on request for small or urgent projects.
Do you work weekends?
Yes! Weekend appointments are available by request. Just mention your preference when booking.
Do you share listings on social media?
Yes — we love showcasing our clients' listings. Unless requested otherwise, we often post a shout-out with listing info, your contact details, or a link to your site.
How do I pay and get my files?
Once your project is ready, you'll receive a download link and invoice via email. We accept credit or debit card payments only. Once payment is made, your content will be instantly available to download.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO SERVICES
Why hire a photographer instead of doing it myself?
Photos may seem easy to take, but great real estate media requires professional gear, proper lighting, creative composition, and strong editing. We save you time while making your listings look their absolute best.
What’s included in your photo packages?
Every photo package includes interior and exterior photography plus a floor plan. You can also add drone services, virtual tours, videos, and more.
Do you do twilight photography?
Yes — we offer both real twilight (shot on location at dusk or dawn) and virtual twilight (digitally created). Real twilight requires dedicated setup and timing, so it’s priced accordingly.
Can I just schedule a job for twilight and skip the fee?
No — twilight shoots require special preparation and can’t be substituted for a standard shoot at sunset.
Can you enhance images (e.g., add grass, repaint walls, fix cracks)?
Yes — we can digitally enhance images as needed. If you're altering reality, it's your responsibility to ensure compliance with MLS rules.
Do you shoot video?
Absolutely. We offer walkthroughs, reels, cinematic brand videos, and drone footage. Videos can be tailored to your style and platform.
Why are twilight shoots more expensive?
They involve a very short shooting window, detailed lighting prep, and late-night editing. We don’t charge for retakes, but weather may require rescheduling.
Do you charge for reshoots?
If we made a mistake, we’ll return at no cost. Weather or seasonal reshoots are discounted.
DRONE & SPECIALTY MEDIA
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes — we are FAA Part 107 certified, licensed, and fully insured. We operate within all legal airspace regulations and shoot both photos and video.
Do you work events or offer custom media?
Yes. We’ve covered events, created lifestyle content, and produced videos for branding and marketing. If you have a unique project, we’d love to hear about it.
What equipment do you use?
We use Canon R5 C cameras, lidar 3D cameras, DJI drones, gimbals, and professional editing tools like Adobe, Matterport, and more.
FLOOR PLANS & VIRTUAL TOURS
Are floor plans included in your packages?
Yes — every package includes a floor plan, and you can add one to any custom order.
How accurate are your floor plans?
Our lidar-equipped 3D cameras provide measurements with 1% accuracy. This is much more precise than typical 3–4% error from consumer-level gear.
Do you still offer virtual tours?
Yes. We support Matterport and CloudPano tours and can recommend the best fit depending on your project.
Can I customize a virtual tour with branding?
Yes — we can include your logo, colors, info labels, contact links, and even lead-gen forms depending on the package and platform.
Can I update a tour later?
Yes. Just contact us with the updates you need. Hosting plans may apply for long-term or business tours.
How long does a virtual tour take to complete?
Standard homes take 1–2 hours to shoot. Larger or outdoor-heavy properties may take longer. Delivery is usually within 48–72 hours.
How long are tours hosted?
Real estate tours are hosted until the listing ends. Long-term or business-use tours can be hosted through us or transferred to your own account.
PRICING, POLICIES & LOGISTICS
Is pricing negotiable?
We’re open to conversations — especially for loyal clients or those with recurring business. Discounts may apply for simple jobs or grouped listings.
Why do rental or commercial media packages cost more?
Rental properties, Airbnbs, and commercial shoots often require long-term use, brand customization, or specific creative direction. These media assets are intended for ongoing marketing use — not just a one-time real estate listing — and include additional licensing. They also often require more time on site, detailed staging, and multiple versions of the final content.
What’s the difference between listing media and long-term licensing?
Our standard pricing includes a license to use the photos and videos for a single real estate listing. If you plan to use the media long-term — such as for ongoing business, rental promotion, or print materials — we offer extended or permanent licensing options. This ensures your usage rights are aligned with your marketing goals.
Do you charge for travel?
Only if your job is over 60 miles or 1+ hour away. In that case, we charge a $50 flat fee (not per job if multiple are bundled).
Can I reschedule due to bad weather?
Yes — just let us know as soon as possible. Cloudy skies often look great with post-editing. We only recommend rescheduling for heavy rain or visibility issues.
What if I go ahead with a shoot and don’t like the result?
We’re happy to return for a discounted reshoot (usually for exterior photos). Travel fees may still apply.
Why do you need the property address in advance?
We use it to check airspace restrictions, prepare for drone use, research the listing, and bring the right gear to your shoot.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
Why are you taking so many photos?
We aim to capture everything in one visit. Virtual tours require up to 150+ scans for full 3D coverage.
Can I send my own photos for a virtual tour?
Unfortunately not. Virtual tours require specific 360-degree images taken with our equipment.
Can I request RAW photo or video files?
Yes — we offer both RAW photo and RAW video file delivery upon request. This option is ideal if you or your team plan to handle editing yourself. Since no editing or post-processing is required on our end, we offer this as a discounted product. Just let us know during booking if you’d like RAW files included.
What is the resolution of your media?
Photos are 26.2MP HDR. Videos are delivered in 1080p or 4K UHD. Virtual tours are rendered in crisp 6K HDR.
Can I use my tour or photos online?
Yes! We’ll provide links and files you can embed on websites, share on social media, or upload to MLS. We're happy to help with setup if needed.
